- Founders — members who issue contracts and fund capital. To ensure platform integrity and block automated spam, Founders must provide an initial $10 Escrow deposit to publish a listing.
- Specialists — members who have achieved "Tier II Clearance" through rigorous, practitioner-led campus graduation.
Escrow-Protected Infrastructure
To maintain platform integrity, all transactions are governed by TRW Escrow, a specialized payment system built into the TRW Wallet. Funds are held securely until the Founder approves the execution of the work, protecting both parties from fraud or non-payment. Following the initial launch, the platform deployed Continuous Contracts, a feature enabling ongoing, recurring engagements to move away from the volatility of one-off gig work.
Verifiable Professional Credentials
A core component of the Marketplace is the introduction of Tier II Clearance, a verified digital credential proving that a member has met the uncompromising technical standards of their respective Campus. These credentials serve as verifiable proof of competency both inside and outside the platform. To ensure the maintenance of high-level skills, Clearance is valid for a 12-month period, requiring Specialists to remain active and executing within the network to maintain their status on the verified professional registry.

The Real World offers structured curriculum across more than 10 specialized campuses, including copywriting, e-commerce, content creation, and digital marketing.
