Quirky Pickle Studio is excited to announce the launch of its new 8-week Quirky Pickle Language Lab™ Enrichment Program for children ages 6–11, beginning January 2026 in downtown Charleston. Designed for both homeschool families and traditional school students, the program blends hands-on writing, spelling, vocabulary building, and penmanship practice in a fun, nurturing, screen-free learning environment.
Each student attends once per week for a two-hour session, with a maximum of six students per class. Families may choose from six weekly time slots to accommodate after-school and daytime needs. The full eight-week program is $400, and includes all materials, notebooks, learning tools, and light snacks.
“At a time when so much learning happens behind screens, we wanted to bring back the joy, creativity, and confidence that comes from pen-to-paper writing,” says founder Jennifer Partin, an award-winning writer and communications professional. “Our sessions help students strengthen vocabulary, improve spelling, practice cursive, and develop storytelling skills they will use for years.”
