Under the partnership, Evolvus will provide highly curated datasets through its “ConnectorBase” platform, covering chemically modified nucleotide sequences enriched with precise modification locations, linker details, patent family associations, and structured bioactivity data including assay results, experimental models, biological targets, molecular mechanisms, and documented biological effects. Patsnap will integrate these datasets with its proprietary AI-driven sequence extraction across global patent and scientific literature, extending Patsnap Bio’s capabilities beyond traditional FTO analysis into drug discovery and competitive intelligence research. 

Four AI ready bioactivity datasets will be included, structured for machine learning and in silico drug discovery workflows:

• ADCs: Captures antibodies, linkers, and payloads as separate moieties with individual bioactivities totalling more than 1 million datapoints, giving teams the granularity needed to evaluate conjugate design decisions at the component level.
• Oligonucleotides: Covers more than 400,000 siRNAs and ASOs with conjugated fatty acids, GalNAc, and peptide conjugates, enabling modification-aware search across sequence and structure simultaneously.
• Peptides: Describes modified and unmodified peptides in ML-ready format, supporting both sequence-based and structure-based discovery workflows.
• Proximers: With more than 3 million datapoints maps proximity induced degraders, heterobicyclic compounds and molecular glues with warheads, linkers, and E3 ligase ligands as discrete moieties, reflecting how these molecules actually function mechanistically.
