New mini-book examines how AI is influencing injured people before they ever speak with an attorney

Published July 1, the book defines the Pre-Intake Problem™ as the period when injured people are trying to understand what happened, what their rights may be, and what to do next before speaking with legal counsel. LawSHIFT argues that AI is becoming increasingly influential during this window as people use consumer AI platforms to ask legal questions, evaluate potential claims, and decide which attorneys they may trust.
