Wondershare announced the release of EdrawMind V13.5.0, introducing a brand new Hand-Drawn Mind Map Mode, now available in beta for English-language users, with full availability across English channels scheduled for July. The release also introduces EdrawMind AI, a new AI agent workspace designed to help users transform ideas, files and conversations into structured visual outputs. The update expands how users organize, develop and communicate ideas through mind mapping.

Powered by AI One-Click Hand-Drawn Generation, the feature enables users to generate a organic hand-drawn style mind map from a single text prompt in as little as 30 seconds. The mode also includes a Hand-Drawn Template Library with one-click clone support, allowing users to quickly recreate ready-made styles, while Smart Coloring automatically applies harmonious color combinations to enhance the overall visual presentation.

To enrich visual expression, the feature provides access to more than 300,000 illustrations through its AI Illustration Library, with the system automatically recommending relevant visual assets based on node content. It also integrates image processing and visual enhancement tools, including Background Remover, Crop, Replace and Flip, as well as AI Image Stylizer and AI Image Generator, helping users complete image sourcing, creation and editing within a more streamlined workflow.

The Hand-Drawn Mind Map Mode also emphasizes a more natural creation experience. Users can draw and expand branches through intuitive mouse interactions while retaining the flexibility of digital editing. Hand-drawn lines, shapes and typography are incorporated throughout the experience, creating a cohesive visual style that balances logical structure with personal expression.

Alongside the new hand-drawn experience, EdrawMind V13.5.0 also introduces EdrawMind AI, which brings AI Agent capabilities into the professional mind mapping platform. Users can create mind maps from text prompts, long-form content, uploaded documents, PDF, web links and YouTube video links. The system analyzes information, identifies key concepts and automatically organizes content into structured visual frameworks, helping users process complex information more efficiently.

Beyond idea organization, EdrawMind AI also supports project planning and execution. The platform can generate AI-powered Kanban boards by identifying tasks, priorities, deadlines and responsibilities from text and uploaded materials. Mind maps and Kanban boards can remain synchronized, allowing users to move between planning and execution while maintaining a unified project structure.

The release also supports AI-powered presentation generation. Users can generate presentation outlines from a topic, refine the structure through conversation and create presentation-ready slides using over 200 built-in templates. The feature is designed to help users turn research, meeting notes and brainstorming outputs into professional deliverables more quickly.

To further integrate AI into daily workflows, Wondershare introduces an AI floating button for desktop users. Available across browsers, Microsoft Office, Notion and other productivity tools, the assistant can understand selected content and generate visual mind maps without requiring users to switch applications, helping bring visual thinking directly into everyday work environments.
