Her experience with Merrill Lynch provided an early foundation in institutional strategy, finance and large-scale real estate operations. Ms. Herman later pursued her vision of creating a major real estate platform spanning Montauk to Manhattan, ultimately helping grow an organization to more than 7,000 real estate professionals across more than 100 offices.
