Vadim joins Chalice with over 15 years of experience in product leadership across startups and industry giants, combining technical expertise with a proven track record of scaling innovative ad tech solutions.
Vadim began his career at Red Aril, an early programmatic bidding pioneer, before moving on to IAS, where he developed groundbreaking products like the causal impact measurement product. As co-founder of OpenDSP, later acquired by Walmart, Vadim introduced the industry’s first ghost ads-based iROAS measurement platform. Most recently, Vadim led Instacart’s Ads Quality Product team, helping to grow its ads business to nearly $1 billion.
At Chalice, Vadim will focus on scaling Chalice’s data science innovation as a software offering, building on the company’s market leadership in media-buying AI.

The market was not there. It was not there when Adam and Ali started Chalice either.
