Sightly announced today the official launch of its international expansion into the United Kingdom. This milestone marks the company’s first move outside the United States and establishes a strategic foothold for broader growth across EMEA.
Leadership Team Driving Growth
Industry heavyweight Giles Ivey will be leading the charge, joining Sightly as Head of EMEA. Ivey, a seasoned digital media executive and former CEO of EMEA for MiQ, led the commercial arms of Sky Digital Media, AOL and Times Online before taking up board advisory roles with top ad tech companies. Known for his strategic acumen and extensive relationships in the UK market, Ivey will help bring Sightly’s unique capabilities to brands and agencies seeking real-time cultural relevance at scale.
Supporting the expansion is Rob Trotter, who steps into the newly created role of Managing Director, UK. Formerly Head of Trading & Commercial Development at GumGum UK, Trotter brings more than a decade of experience across media, trading and programmatic strategy.
