CrawlJobs, a global job search and aggregation platform that uses an AI crawler to index vacancies directly from employer websites, announced today that it has secured its first investor backing at a $3 million valuation.

The company said its first investors include a group of seasoned C-level executives with international operating experience across multiple markets. Their professional backgrounds include C-level leadership roles at multinational companies, including firms ranked among the Fortune Global 500, as well as leading international consulting and renewable energy organizations.

Founded to address inefficiencies in the global job market, CrawlJobs combines automated data collection with traditional job listings to provide a broader and more timely view of available opportunities. The platform continuously indexes vacancies published on employer career pages, while also supporting standard job postings, allowing it to capture both early-stage openings and roles distributed through conventional channels.

By identifying jobs at the moment they appear on company websites, CrawlJobs is often able to surface openings earlier than traditional job boards, which frequently rely on manual posting or delayed syndication. The company said that a significant share of open positions never reaches conventional job boards, particularly roles published only on corporate or localized career pages.

By aggregating these listings directly at the source and combining them with structured job data, CrawlJobs aims to close this visibility gap and provide job seekers with more complete and up-to-date access to opportunities across regions, industries, and languages.

“We’re building CrawlJobs to make job discovery faster, cleaner, and more trustworthy,” said Szymon Bodych, founder and chief executive officer of CrawlJobs. “By combining direct indexing from employer websites with structured job listings, we give candidates earlier and broader access to real openings and help address long-standing gaps in the job market.”

Microsoft for Startups Support

CrawlJobs has been part of the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub since 2024. Through the program, the company has received $50,000 in Azure cloud and technical support.

In addition, Microsoft has provided up to $400,000 in marketplace onboarding and go-to-market support value. CrawlJobs plans to use this support for the launch and commercialization of a new product that has been under long-term development within the group. The support covers marketplace integration, technical enablement, and promotional activities within Microsoft’s commercial ecosystem.

Part of a Broader AI-Driven Product Group

CrawlJobs operates as part of a broader technology group building AI-powered products across multiple verticals. Each of the group’s platforms is available in approximately 20 languages, reflecting its focus on global distribution from the outset.

The group’s existing products include IT Flashcards, a learning and assessment platform for software engineers that combines flashcards and quizzes to support both skill development and knowledge testing. The company said it plans to extend the platform with AI recruiter-driven assessment features in the future.

Another product, AllDevBlogs, aggregates content from independent developer blogs and technical publications. The platform includes a browser extension that delivers daily notifications with personalized technical content directly in the browser. The company said it currently aggregates close to 40,000 articles from developers worldwide.

In 2026, the group plans to introduce additional large-scale products for the human resources sector, alongside other projects currently in development for regulated industries, including healthcare and medical services.
