Wattle Cafe, an Australian-inspired wellness brand known for simple, whole ingredients, has launched Bliss Bites, their e-commerce platform. The nationwide launch of their clean and conscious snack line follows their presentation of new products at the National Retail Federation (NRF) 2023 in New York.
Bliss Bites snacks are made with recognizable whole ingredients from across the U.S. and are sweetened with dates or organic maple syrup, without the addition of sugar. With no more than 8 ingredients in each product, Wattle Cafe lets the flavors of each component shine through.
Founder and CEO Ana Ivkosic's Australian roots inspire Wattle Cafe's mission to nurture the body. The cafe menu features simple dishes with no more than a handful of ingredients, such as maca root, cacao, blue algae, turmeric, nuts, and acai. The cafe only uses organic maple syrup.
“Nurturing through our food has always been our mission and now we have the opportunity to take this nationwide,” said Ivkosic.
Wattle Cafe operates cafe locations in New York and Jersey City. The woman-owned, migrant-led business has been committed to providing simple, wholesome food since 2017.
