LIVINGSTON, LA -- The Almas, a female-fronted four-piece hard rock band, are excited to announce the release of their newest single "Cage" on February 7th. Produced by Kile Odell, the single showcases the band's guitar-driven sound and high-energy live performance, making them a must-see for fans of Halestorm, Fleetwood Mac, and Paramore.

The band, which is composed of Crystal Teigland (lead vocalist), Frank Slifka (founding member/lead guitarist), Josh Sukowski (guitarist), and Andrew Ehredt (drums), has been touring consistently throughout the past year and has covered over 39,000 miles across the U.S. in 2022 alone, performing just shy of 100 shows.

Frank Slifka, the band's founding member and lead guitarist, explains, "The existence of this band has always been about helping each other, whether it's through inspiration, a positive message, or simply creating a fun, entertaining environment where people can get away from life's problems."

The Almas have been making a name for themselves since their formation in 2016, releasing a self-titled EP and two full-length albums, Back To Bad and Truth Sells. They have performed with artists such as Saliva, Buckcherry, Royal Bliss, Plush, Saving Abel, Eva Under Fire, Wayland, and Smile Empty Soul.

In addition to their music, the band is also known for their commitment to mental health awareness and support of numerous veteran events, including Rock2Stop22, a music festival aimed at raising awareness about the alarming rate of suicide among returning veterans.

The Almas are proudly partnered with InEarz, Centent Cymbals USA, Scorpion Percussion, GHS Strings, WB Gear, and SJC Drums. Fans can find the band's tour dates and upcoming shows on their website and social media platforms, and can stream and purchase their music on DistroKid and YouTube.
