SEASIDE, FL -- Seaside School, one of Florida's first and oldest public charter schools, announced today the opening of its lottery enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year for Seaside Neighborhood School and Seacoast Collegiate High School. The lottery, open to all Walton County residents, will run from January 16th to February 28th, and applications can be submitted online at seasideschools.net.

Seaside School, founded in 1996, has a long history of providing quality education in Walton County. The school includes Seaside Neighborhood School, serving middle school students in grades 5-8 in the beach town of Seaside, and Seacoast Collegiate High School, serving students in grades 9-12 on Northwest Florida State College's South Walton campus. Seaside School was ranked the #1 combination charter school in the state for the 2021-2022 school year by the Florida Department of Education School Grade Program.
